(More customer reviews)I have had Wustof knives for 25 years.That is I've never replaced them.If you take care of them they will last your lifetime.My chefs knife I use everyday.A few pulls across a steel once in a while and its as sharp as when it was new. This set was for my Father for his birthday. He was thrilled. He said the case was beautifuly made and the long tined fork really impressed him, he knew he could really get a grip on any roast with that fork.The knife was the best balanced and sharpest he can remember and he has had quite a few.Quite an impressive gift.
