(More customer reviews)I purchased a set of these knives over twelve years and they are still sharp as the day I purchased them.I have a Spyderco Tri-Angle Sharpmaker System that sharpens and hones serrated blades as well as plain blades. Keep them sharp, they will never fail. From the maker of Swiss Army knives, best value for an overall paring/steak knife.Although the handles are not the most aesthetically pleasing as others, they work! Great product!
