(More customer reviews)This knife was rather disappointing to me as I found it rather dull (had to hit it with my sharpener) and even after that it did not work as "designed."That is to say the food does not necessarily fall away after cutting.Again, you get what you pay for and these knives were very reasonable, but not so useful to me.
