(More customer reviews)This Silvermark Santoku is by far one the the best knives that I have ever used! I do a lot of cooking and have used many fine knives, but this medium-sized Santoku fits my hand comfortably and is controlled very easily! The resin-coating helps to keep food from sticking
while chopping and mincing. Its high-carbon stainless steel contoured blade has a keen edge that stays sharp and comes with a sheath to help protect the blade between uses. It is my first choice "go-to" tool for most cutting applications. I am so impressed with it that I have given them as gifts to other culinary enthusiast friends, and actually keep a spare...just in case I need another and can't locate one.
I give it "two thumbs up"! It has become my favorite knife! (They also come in several different colors and are very reasonably priced!)
