(More customer reviews)I ordered this brand of ceramic knife after getting almost ripped off by Yoshiblade.The Kyocera ceramic knife has worked very well at making my evening mixed green salad.It cuts through lettuce, celery, tomato and avocado with a breeze.I hand wash and dry it after each use and only have used it on a wooden cutting board.
