(More customer reviews)I have a four different Pure Komachi knives.This sadwich knife is the most unusual and practical.It just can't be beat for slicing bagels. After cutting the bagel it serves as a fine spreader for the cream cheese.It's also great for narrower breads like baguettes.
Mine is not purple, but I dig the purple color and sent a few to my family members, who use them with delight.
