(More customer reviews)I got this knife for Christmas. Specifically to carve a 20lb prime rib. It is great. It's nearest competition is more than 100 dollars and I simply cannot justify that amount of money. If you cook whole chickens or duck, any large piece of meat this knife will give the ability to carve in a way that will help highlight what you have been working on all day. I have an entire set of Henckels classics. They are all high quality at an affordable price point. My only concern was how long it would last, it's forged so as long as you know how to sharpen a knife, it will last.
