(More customer reviews)I really love this knife, especially the handle. It form fits into my palm and has a decent satisfying heft to it that some of my larger chef's knives just don't have. When I'm looking for a knife, I'm looking for this one every time. It's also managed to keep a good edge for quite a long time. I think you'll be happy if you buy this one, and if you're like me, you may even want to replace all of your knives with this line. Can't recommend it highly enough.
