(More customer reviews)I travel quite a bit, and I don't want to take my expensive knives with me. Enter little Cuisinart santoku! I love it, because it's small, yet I can use it to chop vegetables without mashing my knuckles on the cutting board. We don't even need a paring knife, because the santoku can handle little jobs too. I haven't had any trouble with rusting, except a few times when it got left in standing water--and the rust sharpened right off.
For the price, what's not to like?
