(More customer reviews)I bought this knife a year-and-a-half ago, along with the big 9-inch chef's knife.I love both of these knives.They are both light and extremely sharp.While these knife is small, and is best used on small cutting tasks, it is perfect for these small tasks.It's so light that it feels like a toy knife, but it's so sharp that it's extremely effective.It makes cooking fun -- what more can you ask?

For a small woman, it's a very useful knife that can be used for most kitchen tasks that a large guy would use a chef's knife for.Only large cutting tasks are beyond this little knife.
