These are not stamped knives. you have that full meaty metal feel in your hand. If you have boys like me and don't want to find your expensive knives in the garage being used to dig something out of a block of wood, then these are the knives for you. Kids gotta love them. Good stainless, not high end exotics or premium metals like you'll find in some specialty knives, but for the price you are getting the same kind of quality construction and use at a tiny fraction of the cost. These don't feel light or cheap in your hand, they hold their edges well. Good everyday steak knives.
