(More customer reviews)I have been searching for a "birds beak" paring knife for years and years. It is perfect for hand help slicing and cutting. This knife is excellent because of its thin blade, you can cut matchstick carrots without the carrot breaking. The other two knives that come in this set are great also. I am so happy to have found these and I would recommend this set for everyone!!!
