(More customer reviews)I needed something to cut through dough but didn't want to spend a lot of money.Besides the great price, I picked this bench knife over all others because of the handy opening to allow my fingers to wrap all the way around the handle. It's very lightweight and cuts through dough very easily. The handle is hollow, which some people may not like, but it doesn't change it's effectiveness.It also has measurements along the blade, which I couldn't tell from the picture. Added Bonus!
