If the labels have one ingredient I cannot pronounce I definitely do not buy this product. All of this preface is about saying while I am not a gourmet cook, I love to cook.Cooking for me is all about the physical mechanics of preparation and producing a finished product that you understand and enjoy.The "mezzaluna" is an italian chopping tool and is actually quite fun if you get good at it.Even if not, it works wonderfully well for chopping your choice of ingredients. Highly recommend this product as it is easy to handle and has great double knifes.
