(More customer reviews)The Porsche Chroma 301 knives are amazing. I have a paring knife and a chef's knife, and they are both the best knives in my kitchen. They're amazingly sharp and perfectly balanced. I do have to warn you, though, that the 3.25" paring knife has a hazardous tendency to ROLL on the counter. If you don't deliberately place it blade-down, it will roll so that it is blade-up, and that is certainly dangerous, if you value your fingers.
