(More customer reviews)I know they're expensive, but these knives are worth every penny. I'd rather buy one good knife and have it forever rather than buy several because they lose their edge. It's been great being able to slice through crusty bread without crushing it! Beautiful product, I plan to buy the entire set of these knives and replace all of my second rate cheap knives.
