(More customer reviews)I purchased this set as a gift for a prep cook. They are ridiculously sharp and nice to hold. Unfortunately a minor bump to the tip broke it off and I have yet to find a professional knife sharpener who will touch them, even the unbroken ones,(I own a larger set). A bit of an expensive disappointment.
