(More customer reviews)This knife is not my favorite. As a former culinary professional I prefer a knife with more weight and a heavier blade. I use it more as a utility knife than a chefs knife. It does keep a sharp edge and is easy to keep clean. Probably a good choice if you have small hands or like a small, light knife.
