(More customer reviews)I bought this knife for my wife, and even though it is increably sharp. I'm afraid that I may inadvertently break the blade by putting any side pressure on it. It hasn't done anything to make me suspect it might break, it just lingers in the back of my mind. That being said, it's easy to clean, can slice anything so thin you can see through it. I'm very pleased, just have to get past the thought of breakage.
