Henckels stainless steel steak knives and found them too light and not long enough.So I looked and looked for a good steak knife and knowing Tramontina knives and products to be of great quality, I bought these and my fiance and I could not be happier.We will be getting them as gifts for our steak-loving friends and family.The knives are sharp and cut through steaks effortlessly.Guys will not be disappointed, my fiance loves them.Get yourself a knife block to store them or make sure you have some room in your flatware tray for these as they do take up some room.We store them on top of each other, blade touching the other's handle, so they fit in our flatware tray nicely... which they do.
