(More customer reviews)Works very well to cut fruits and Med. to soft veggies with Swedish cutting board. Especially helpful if you only have use of one hand and need to indepentantly cut foods. Definitely more cutting power than the standard Knorks, which are also very helpful, but more so for cutting, and eating cooked foods.Very happy they clean well in the dishwasher.
