(More customer reviews)I know this knife is listed as a "cleaver", and it does have the characteristic cleaver heft and strength, but it cuts so well and is so balanced, I find myself using it for lots of other tasks.It slices paper thin vegetables, and can carve a roast sooo perfectly!The balance of this knife is perfect for me.Try it!It may become your favorite too!
