(More customer reviews)Mine arrived cracked in half. I contacted the company and they promptly sent a replacement free of charge. Both of the boards had gaps in between the squares and had some knots and cracks. It says that they are "Handmade in Vietnam" which explains the poor craftsmanship. Overall the board is pretty solid and durable, but the gaps and cracks just left me completely disappointed.
