(More customer reviews)I have owned 5 cutting boards in the past.Bamboo, plastic, etc.This is the best one.Very durable...I bought it January 2009 and it hasn't cracked or developed mold.My last bamboo board cracked in just 2 months.Had one of those plastic boards which darkened in 3 months and couldn't even bleach it out so I threw it away.I just ordered the larger one this week.
