(More customer reviews)This is the first ceramic knife I have owned, but I have heard lots of good things. The first thing you notice is how light this knife is, if you like heft this knife is not for you.
The knife is extremely sharp and extremely easy to clean.
The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because they tell you not to cut cheese with the knife. I guess cutting cheese can cause too much flex and you risk breaking the blade.
I like this knife so much I am thinking of adding a larger version to my collection.
