(More customer reviews)We like to use knives that are non-serrated, not easy to find in a steak knife, and have found we particularly like the Anolon Advanced knives.They arrived in a timely manner, already incredibly sharp, and hold their edge VERY well.They have a good heft to them, well balanced, and the santoprene handles make them almost impossible to drop.These are an excellent product, a great value for the reasonable price, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
