(More customer reviews)I bought a set of six of these about eight years ago, I have one left because somehow, the other five just disappeared... after friends or family came over for dinner.
The handles are comfortable (turning dull grey over time).
The blades are VERY thin, which makes it very east to cut thin slices of whatever.
The blades stay sharp forever. The one I have left I think I have only sharpened twice in eight years, and I use it almost every day.
If the handle would stay bright I would want to give six stars, so five is right.
