(More customer reviews)This knife block set is great for the average home cook!I use it all the time and each knife works well.The kitchen scissors is especially handy, and the knife sharpener is convenient.The wooden block looks really nice next to our wood cutting board.To keep these knives looking their best, try not to wash them in the dishwasher very often or the black handles will fade a bit.

I damaged the carving fork and phoned Chicago Cutlery to order a replacement. They said they don't manufacture it anymore. So I found this 25 piece set to replace my older set, for only $29. You can't get a better deal. The knives are sharp with an amazing selection for every use, the knife block keeps everything handy, and the additional utensils are worth another $10. Whatta deal!
