I was wrong.Yes, the blades are great -- exactly as described by America's Test Kitchen.
The handles are woefully undersized! I have trouble using them because they're so difficult to grip.
I'm hoping Victorinox redesigns the handles on these!

Victorinox cutlery has been distributed in the United States since 1884 to culinary professionals under the brand name R.H. Forschner. Each blade is stamped from a single sheet of metal. The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished.
