(More customer reviews)I needed these knives becaue I've been trying to addmore cheeses into my diet and have been buying Artisanal cheese made in many different countries. Some are hard some soft...and everything in between.
These knives fit the bill for me...they were relatively inexpensive...I like that a lot.
The matt metal finish is beautiful and is very easy to clean--no wood to discolor or damage.
The shape of these knives will fit everybodys hands including the biggest mans hands. No fussy ...ficklelook here...nice round shape --easy to hold onto.... They arrive ready to "cut that cheese !!" I do already own some fussy cheese knives for those real soft cheese anyway....This set is for those "other " firmer cheeses.
They work great...clean up easy...good price. What else would anyone want in Cheese knives !!!
