(More customer reviews)I like my other WMF tools, but am very disappointed in this one. I have little experience in low-cost cheese knifes, but regret my purchase of this knife.

The knife is steeply beveled on one side, which results in crooked cuts. Perhaps all cheap cheese knifes have this flaw? I don't know. What I do know, is that a bread knife does a better job of cutting semi-soft cheeses than this knife, and a more expensive cheese knife does a better job than both.

If you're looking for a cheap cheese knife, try a different one. Maybe it's better, maybe it's not. This one is no better than the bread knife you already have.
