(More customer reviews)I like my other WMF tools, but am very disappointed in this one. I have little experience in low-cost cheese knifes, but regret my purchase of this knife.

The knife is steeply beveled on one side, which results in crooked cuts. Perhaps all cheap cheese knifes have this flaw? I don't know. What I do know, is that a bread knife does a better job of cutting semi-soft cheeses than this knife, and a more expensive cheese knife does a better job than both.

If you're looking for a cheap cheese knife, try a different one. Maybe it's better, maybe it's not. This one is no better than the bread knife you already have.

(More customer reviews)I am very pleased that I purchased WMF Bistro forks, knives , spoons and teaspoons. Excellent quality, no need to dry them with a towel after the dishwasher. Very very shiny, with a clean design (the incrustations on the surface of some other expensive silverware make it so difficult to maintain it clean and good looking). WMF is an old company with a great reputation and I've always been pleased with the high quality of their products. The knives have printed WMF logo (with no taika or china). Also this Bistro edition silverware is much cheaper than any other WMF silverware set. I will definately get esspresso an desert sets.
