(More customer reviews)These steak knives are great!They cut all kinds of meats easily and smoothly.I disagree with the other reviewer.These knives are made of stainless steel, but all steel as it ages will develop some rust/aging.Be sure to hand wash and towel dry the knives, and they will last a long time.Right now these are hard to find.I hope they continue to make and sell them, as I would like to add more to my set.
