(More customer reviews)These are the only knives I have that really stay sharp with no help from me.I have some older ones too, slightly larger, that I've had for years and never have to sharpen.So, they're always the ones I reach for in the drawer-they don't need to be in any kind of holder either to preserve the edge, and into the dishwasher they go--all the time.So, yes, I would recommend these.
