They are so sharp it makes mundane tasks a breeze.I've had my set for about 2 months now and it was one of the best purchases I've ever made in the kitchen.I had spent a lot of money on other brands of knives that had good reputations i.e. henckels and chicago cutlery but none of their products came close to the Keuken knife set.I love the sleek design of the knife holder and it virtually takes up no space on my counter, unlike the traditional knife block.These are easy to use and easy to clean and they came in a beautiful presentation box that I kept just in case I ever need to store them, which is doubtful because they get used on a daily basis!! These knives are fabulous!!
