(More customer reviews)This sharpener is fantastic.IF you use it as directed, it will give your knives a perfectly sharp edge.Be prepared that it does take some metal off your knife, but we have found nothing that does the job better than this little tool.For best results, use a steel right after and in between sharpenings.The only drawback is that I have not found a way to order replacement blades for it,which the directions state you can do.As far as keeping your knives razor sharp, this is the item to have.They also make a great gift for anyone that cares about their knives.
