(More customer reviews)This is a nice board for cutting, and it's the perfect size, but it has a few issues. I have Formica counter tops, and I could not use this board directly on the counter top without it sliding and spinning around. I solved this by putting a place mat under the board, and now it works pretty well.
The other main drawback is that it warps easily. Even though it is dishwasher safe, I hand wash it. I was oiling it about every third time I washed it, but that didn't seem to be enough. It warped so bad that it didn't even work on the place mat. So I started oiling it every time I wash it, and the shape came back, but, yeah I have to oil it every time. This means that I use it less than I'd like because of the maintenance...
