(More customer reviews)I discovered ceramic knives while working abroad in Europe. Once you've gone ceramic, you will NEVER want to use anything else. These knives cut everything like butter (including fingers - be careful!). Best of all, they never dull. You may see similar Japanese brands, but I highly recommend the German "Boker" brand.
