(More customer reviews)I have been looking for a good cheese plane, and this one isn't it.It works fine for rubbery semi-soft cheeses like swiss, but not for harder cheese like cheddar, which tend to crrumble before I can finish a slice.The problem is that the plane it too thick and rigid.It should be thin and flexible.

Also, don't let the name fool you.This utensil is made in China, a country which consumes very little cheese.
