(More customer reviews)I love the fact that the handles come out and you have an Ulu and a stainless grater (and what a value = Cutting Board + Ulu + Grater!!).I have found that this board is great for displaying a variety of cheeses at a party - and the Ulu/Grater combo is perfect for guests to slice/grate the different cheeses on their own - FUN !I also I like the concept of bamboo (great durability & no trees have to be harvested.
