(More customer reviews)This was a good knife. If you are looking for a chef's knife that is balanced and light,though, this knife is very heavy, and probably will wear out your wrist. It would still be a good chef's knife,and might even work as a cleaver. I also had to send it back because this 10 inch knife is too big for a regular kitchen. I'm going to get a 9 inch instead.
