(More customer reviews)I bought these knives as a Christmas gift because my Mom bought me some and I love them.They are so sharp and cut so smooth.They will eventually need to be sharpened, but wait as long as possible, because they won't be as sharp as they were from the factory.But they are still great knives.They will last longer if they are HAND WASHED and stored in a sleeve or a box where they won't come in contact anything.I can't comment on the individual pieces, because as I said, I gave them away.I just know that Rada has great quality products.

(More customer reviews)This little knife is such a great deal for the price. I like that it is completely stainless steel - no wooden handle to break off or get worn out in the dishwasher. The little indentations along the blade are what make it a Santoku. They keep food like cheese from sticking to the blade when you are slicing. This knife is very lightweight and those that are accustomed to expensive, high-quality knives will probably not like it. But it's wonderful for everyday use and seriously out-performs other similarly priced knives. I use it for slicing cheeses, sausages, small potatoes and vegetables, hoagies etc. So far, it remains very sharp and I'm glad I purchased 2!
