He knows alot about cheese and good cheese knives i was hesitant giving him this since it cost me less then $10. All he can say is WOW. he was THRILLED about getting this since he lost a similar one in a divorce. He recommends this cheese knife to anyone. sometimes inexpensive isn't all that bad. He used it on hard and soft cheese and it works great. I would buy another one for a cheese lover if i had to
