(More customer reviews)My electric sharpener from Smith's works great.It sharpens both sides of the knife at the same time, so the edge is centered correctly.Also, the circular sharpening wheels create a "hollow ground" edge that's extra sharp - it's like the edge put on knives at the factories of top knife companies.I could not be more pleased.
