(More customer reviews)My knife drawer was a mess, creating a dangerous situation which could also damage my knives.Since my knives are expensive, I decided to purchase a knife tray to organize and protect them.The MIU 11 slot knife tray seemed to have the best fit for my drawer, and had enough slots.

The 11 slot beechwood knife tray holds six smaller knives and four larger knives with a slot for a steel.The smaller knives slots will cover up to a 5" blade, while the larger slots protect up to 10" while being tall enough to safely store taller knives.The steel slot is a half inch wide, but isn't wide enough to hold my professional sized steels.

If you are looking for a quality knife tray at a reasonable price, the MIU 11 slot beechwood in-drawer knife tray is worthy of consideration.

Holds 6 smaller and 4 larger knives plus a steel
Tall enough to keep knives in place
Organizes and protects knives

Once in place it functions well and is very useful for organizing.

(More customer reviews)Nice construction and finish.Works as advertised.The only problem is that low height drawers will not permit taller knives like a Santoku to fit.I'm not prepared to sacrifice one of my few deeper drawers for my knives yet so this product may be limited in its applications.

Otherwise it works as intended... keeping my knives away from my cats and keeping the sharp edges away from blindly groping fingers.
