(More customer reviews)All the people that complained about rust listen up!!You can not wash this (or any other brushed flatware) with dishwasher detergent that contains Lemon!!It tells you that on the paperwork in the box!I have had my brushed Hampton Silversmith flatware for over 3 years and they look brand new!I make sure not to use the regular lemon cascade, I usually use the baking soda one or whatever else does not mention lemon on the label.I have never had one speck of rust on any of my flatware and I have a service for 12 (7 of us in the house, 5 are kids).This company makes a nice heavy, feels good in the hand, sturdy, flatware set and I still get compliments on it even after all this time.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this flatware from the Target website, where it is also listed as 18/10 flatware.When I received the package, there were no 18/10 markings on the box or pieces.I called Hampton Forge customer serice, and they advised the Stephanie pattern is only sold in 18/0, so this flatware contains 0% nickel.It is nicely heavy and well-balanced, but I don't want to risk the possibility of rust when using a dishwasher, so I'll be returning it.

(More customer reviews)We bought this stainless flatware in a pinch one evening. Much to my surprise its not the temporary set I thought it would be, its a keeper.For me the true test of silverware is how much will the spoon will bend when I try to pry a bit of thoroughly frozen ice cream out of the carton - and this doesn't.We've had it for about 5 years now, and not a bent spoon in the bunch.
It's amasingly strong, and the finish is as bright today as the night we bought it, and for the prise you just can't go wrong!
