(More customer reviews)Such a pretty knife. Very detailed, from blade, to sheath, to the handle. The handle just mold to your fingers very comfortably. It is Available in several colors. The knife's non-stick surface coating works great. Why they have not thought of that before? The coating makes the blade glide with less effort that the blade seems to be super sharp because of this.

The sheath is very useful when you have to bring the knife with you. Not only it protects the blade but more importantly is a safety accessory to protect you.

Kuhn Rikon is a Switzerland brand, the knife is made in China. It is a quality product.

(More customer reviews)Like the other reviewers said, the knife blade is very sharp.My only complaint is that the plastic handle can be very slippery if your hands get even a little greasy while you're cooking. Considering the sharpness of the knife, it's a little dangerous.

The knives are super sharp, and are covered with a non-stock surface and nothing seems to stick to them; as you slice, the sliced items just simply fall away.Easy to clean, also comes with a protective sheath, which protects both the blade and your fingers!

A friend gave me a Kuhn Rikon Colori paring knife as a gift and it was fun to use...the non stick is a plus. So I decided to try the Chef's Knife.It is wonderful.Goes through anything so easily.Slices onions paper thin, slides through meats, fish, poultry.Went through a thick cantaloupe rind like butter.I am very pleased and surprised.I will definitely buy other blade styles.

(More customer reviews)The first time I used a Kuhn Rikon paring knife I realized my kitchen knives were DULL.They are razor-sharp, and the nonstick surface makes them great for soft cheeses, hard butter, fruits, veggies, meat, and everything else you can think of.

This set is a particularly exceptional deal, though you wouldn't know it from the picture or product description.If you're familiar with Kuhn Rikon paring knives, you know that generally, the smooth-edged paring knives are ten bucks, and the new serrated-edge paring knives are twelve.What's the secret here?The orange knife in this set is actually serrated, you just can't tell because the image has it in the protective sleeve!

I figure this set is made for pumpkin carving, which it should be great for, but it's really just the excellent black paring and orange serrated paring knives from Kuhn Rikon.They're worth every penny.
